Apologies Again

Apparently my good eye is whack again and I apologize. I could have sworn that was Heather on that cube but the more I look at it the more it looks like... Megan. And I had somebody nice enough to hook me up with some screen caps so you can make the decision for yourself...

This would solidify the top 7 as Megan, Brandi, Toastee, Pumkin, Whiteboy, Hoopz, and Real because all either involved in that fight or a future challenge. From a common sense standpoint I still hold firm that Entertainer goes home, with consideration that he'd have to be the first to fall off the pole to come in 8th and Heather would have to be viewed as the strongest in a bottom 3.

Now this would make a lot more sense because this would mean everybody involved in that fight WAS still in the game, obviously if Toastee was telling Megan she's "going home", that means she is probably the target on their side. Well we now know Megan doesn't go home then, which leads to believe that Pumkin and Toastee missed their target leading to one of their eliminations and since Pumkin makes it to Booze You Loze then Toastee would be going home. Also, just to further hammer the point across that Megan stays, she is the person on the left of Brandi, I was talking about when they clearly showed Brandi falling in.

Now amidst my mistake there is some good news from it, I can make another guarantee. Either Pumkin or Brandi C would have to be the mystery blonde I was talking about in the cube challenge, well that person upon a further glance looked much more like Pumkin than Brandi. So Megan, Pumkin, Real, and Hoopz all make it to the final 5. So new predictions...

9th- Entertainer (90% sure on this one, also the person in the water when Brandi falls in the far shot looks much more like Heather than the Entertainer)
8th- Heather (With a 10% shot of the Entertainer)
7th- Toastee (I am using my own cognitive problem solving to come to this conclusion)
6th- Whiteboy/Brandi (It has to be one, my personal guess is Whiteboy and this is the episode where Real turns on him)
Final 5- Megan, Real, Hoopz, Whiteboy/Brandi, Pumkin (From here on out its a crapshoot and since most of the rumors I have heard at this point look like epic fails I would say this is about as close as anybody is going to get, but we know Megan falls and Real looked to be getting across the plank fine)

Small Update

I mentioned before Toastee yells at somebody "you're going home" after the pole challenge but before eliminations which lead me to believe that she was saying that to somebody that's been eliminated, logically the only way the timeline would work is if somebody involved in that fight had already been eliminated. Well I finally paused at the shot because one of the two (Brandi/Megan) was actually in the shot as Toastee was saying this. Brandi was clearly the one in the shot... only one problem. Toastee is actually pointing to someone BEHIND Brandi as she is saying this. So I've come to the conclusion that in 8th place will be...

Megan- But she will go out with quite the bang. And this will leave either Toastee or Brandi to be eliminated next, my peerly speculative guess still stands as Toastee.

And I know I haven't told you guys this before, but I'll keep you updated as the updates come.

We All Make Mistakes

Well, I've been under the impression that Megan went home over Entertainer with that rumor that Entertainer won via Perez Hilton, well now I officially get the honor of labeling that rumor as bulls**t. In TV Guide's preview of "Pole Riders in the Sky", the episode following the back to back this next weekend, two very important things are noted...

A. It's a double elimination, the person who falls off first is eliminated and later the typical format of a bottom 3 and a paymaster leads to a second elimination. So this boosts up Whiteboy, Real, Heather, and Hoopz to making the final 6.

B. It advertises a fight and if the description is true I can almost guarantee you that it is the scene from the trailer where Pumkin-Toastee-Megan-Brandi go at it. I've been wondering if that fight would be left in, apparently it's very significant. But somebody involved in that fight would have to be already eliminated (from falling off the pole). Actually it makes perfect sense, in the trailer Toastee says to somebody "You're going home tommorow" it's probably to either Brandi or Megan for falling off that pole. What this also means is everybody is accounted for EXCEPT Entertainer. I don't think Brandi and Megan go home in the same episode, which would mean that Toastee goes home via the paymaster.

New Elimination Order:
10th- 12 Pack (Again, it's guaranteed, go make a bet with a friend and win some free cash)
9th- Entertainer (Everybody's accounted for but him, it's official he goes home here)
8th- Brandi/Megan (I'll go out on the lim and say Megan, just because in the preview they clearly show Brandi falling in and I don't think they would that clearly show an elimination. But I think it's safe to assume it's one of these two)
7th- Toastee (Two of Brandi/Megan/Toastee go home this episode, again I just don't foresee Brandi and Megan going home in the same episode)
6th- Whiteboy (This is nothing more than a guess, it could be the remaining of those three aforementioned as well, however it's not Real, Hoopz, or Heather)
5th- Brandi/Megan (Another guess, who knows if I can keep up this 2 weeks ahead of time pace of being correct for you guys I'll have the correct answer in a week or two)
Final 4- Pumkin (ew), Hoopz, Real, and Heather

As always more information as I get it.

More Info... Yay!

I haven't gotten around to looking at that first episode footage yet, but I was able to come to a couple of conclusions on the footage shown in the 5 minute preview and continue to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Few things...

There is a scene where Entertainer, Toastee, Whiteboy, and what I think is Megan have a chicken pushed up in their faces. I believe this is directly following the Spit Olympics and is the power outing. My best guess is that Whiteboy is the paymaster, I already mentioned Toastee doesn't win this challenge (Hoopz already had her beat) and possibly the Entertainer or Megan won and that (by process of elimination) would put the loser as the one going home. The more I look at the footage the more I do believe Entertainer could possibly go home at 9.

Also on the plank in the sky challenge the person who falls off of the plank looks like Heather. Real is on the side in a shot of Hoopz expressing pain for whoever just fell. How do I know its the same shot? Real is wearing the same thing he was wearing up on the plank. So I feel safe in saying Real, Hoopz, and Heather make it to the final 6. Also, whoever was in the first episode preview on the plank was NOT Heather (the blonde I was talking about). Meaning at least one of Brandi, Megan, or Pumkin is accompanying these three.

As always, more updates to come as I get bored and go back to the footage...

Some In-Week Heads Ups for You

Just did my secondary research outside of a five minute clip and I've got the following to report...

TV Guide has listed the following episode previews:
This upcoming week:
"The contestants dine on worldly cuisine---not for fun, but as part of a challenge as they race around town square. And the game's once-dominant alliance becomes fragile when one of its members plays both sides of the fence."

Translation: Contestants eat some nasty food that is considered cuisine in Mexico. Both teams pull each other in wagons around the city. The Stallionaires and still reeling and bitter about what happened and the blondie alliance is pulled in by Entertainer, Heather, and 12 Pack. Rodeo tries to play both sides which ultimately leads to her getting eliminated by Megan.

Now the following week is the double wammy, 2 episodes in one week. It's been highly documented that this series lasts 12 episodes, HOWEVER I am not sure if this week will be considered a 2 hour episode or 2 episodes in one week. Any places are assuming a final 6 which to me seems excessive, which would be the pace on a 12 episode series with one elimination per night, but it could be true.

This is the summary for the first episode:
"With the teams disbanded, players face their first individual challenge and find out a lot about loyalty. After an unforeseen victory, the surprises keep coming with a backstabbing elimination."

Translation: I've already noted this would be the first individual challenge and it's obviously the throwing things into people's backs challenge so the challenge itself is about loyalty or stabbing people in the back. Best guess, Entertainer wins simply because I couldn't see Heather voting off 12 Pack which is who goes home this episode also in the footage shown in the first episode one of those dagers lands in Heather's back so my best guess would be she didn't win. Anybody else voting him off would not be surprising in the slightest. I may be wrong on this one because it is apparently an unforeseen victory... me thinks vh1 is trying to twist words to keep things under wraps as much as possible.

Next Summary:
"Contestants compete in a challenge called "The Spit Olympics" and deal with a demanding paymaster. Meanwhile, a surprising secret pact is made between two players, and a long-lasting alliance falls apart."

I believe this "long-lasting alliance" is actually the newly formed blondie alliance. I believe Pumkin and Toastee abandon Brandi and Megan possibly leading to Megan's elimination. Also you can rule out Toastee as the paymaster because Hoopz already had a further marker than her in the preview.

Also I'll have more footage from that preview shown during the first episode to come, much of the footage is very well hidden and almost subliminally flashed on the screen. I'll do my best to pause at each shot and try to interpret what's going on.

The one thing I did see... Real is definitely in the finals if it is indeed a final 6 because he would have officially been seen at every challenge, in the first episode he is shown participating in the plank in the sky challenge. A blonde is also there as well and my good eye is trying to tell me that could be Brandi C, but I almost certainly don't know. So Real and a blonde make it to the final 6.

As I get new info I'll gladly post it.

Next Week

Well there isn't too much speculation for you this week because vh1 finally did a good job no giving away the entire episode in the preview for one week. Seems like most of the drama next episode is pre (or during) challenge.

But I can pretty much guarantee you two things:
1. This week will be the last team challenge, everybody left except one person is seen participating in an individual challenge, which would mean that the game turns individual after next week.
2. That one person not seen participating in any individual challenges is Rodeo, so I think it's safe to assume she's the next one going home.

After all of this we are left with 4 individual challenges shown in the preview, I am under the impression that those are the front 4.

Also upon closer look at the spit olympics those participating include:
Pumkin, Toastee, Whiteboy, Heather, Entertainer, and Hoopz are all clearly visible. What looks to be Megan and Brandi are in the background. For the timeline to make any sense Real would have to be there as well. So with that in mind...
The challenge order probably goes Wagon pulling, Watch Your Back (I've been calling it the throwing things into people's backs), Spit Olympics, Pole Riders in the Sky, Booze You Loze
When more closely looking at the

This would also mean that after Rodeo, by process of elimination 12 Pack would be going home.

Also seen in at least one of the next two challenges is Whiteboy, Hoopz, Real, Toastee, Pumkin, and Brandi.

The following were seen in at least one of those last 2 challenges:
Real, Whiteboy, Hoopz, Toastee, Pumkin. By that time at most there would be 8.
Now Pumkin, Hoopz, and Real are the only 3 seen in both. Most importantly Pumkin because I'm astounded her fat ass didn't fall into the water first. Which leads me to believe either Brandi or Toastee fell in. Now I went back and watched it as closely as possible. And it almost defies logic...
The middle 5 in the order from right to left (stage left to right) are Whiteboy-Hoopz-Pumkin-Toastee-Real. Two blondes are on the end, leaving the probably the Entertainer on the far other end. One of the two blondes falls in first, immediately followed by the other blonde. Now Brandi falls in but someone is to her right as she falls in (which would mean she is to the right of Whiteboy). But in that same challenge whoever is on the 2nd farthest pole, supposedly Brandi, falls in again but this time the pole next to her is empty and someone is in the water. The only explanation I can come up with in my head is that they did the challenge is trails which wouldn't make any sense. So amidst all of this the best I can tell you is that is at least the challenge of 8 because there were clearly 8 poles.

So new best guess on the order...
11th place- Rodeo (Get into a bet and put money down on it, it's pretty much a guaranteed win)
10th place- 12 Pack (Same deal, I'd wager money on it)
9th place- Megan (Either Megan or Heather would have to go home here, with about a .1% chance of the Entertainer)
8th place- Brandi C (Aside from the annoying complications of that challenge I can't get past it just makes sense to say her)
7th place- Toastee
6th place- Whiteboy
5th place- Pumkin
Final 4- Heather, Real, Hoopz, Entertainer

Monday, August 4, 2008

Alright well I am here with better information to prepare yourself in the future.

Wikipedia which I am almost never inclined to believe has posted the following to be future episode titles:

Episode 6: "Blonde Leading the Blonde" (To be aired August 10, 2008)
Episode 7: "The Good, The Bad, And the Confused?" (To be aired August 17, 2008)
Episode 8: "Watch Your Back" (To be aired August 24, 2008)
Episode 9: "Drunk With Power" (To be aired August 31, 2008)
Episode 10: "Pole Riders In The Sky" (To be aired September 7, 2008)

If by some strange reasoning this is indeed the episode list, me thinks...
Episode 6- Swimming Challenge
Episode 7- Spit Olympics
Episode 8- Throwing Things into Backs
Episode 9- Booze You Lose
Episode 10- Hanging onto Ropes

Which would mean at the very least Pumkin, Hoopz, Real, and Toastee make it to the final 7. And I highly doubt Pumkin's fat ass will last on the rope long so I believe its safe to assume Toastee, Hoopz, and Real make it to the final 6.

To Chance fans... I'm sorry but next week looks like his swan song. There is always a possibility that Megan in the background of one of those challenges may have been an editting trick but I highly doubt A) producers would go through that trouble in a trailer, B) They have the presence of mind to even think about that. I am not 100% sure about Brandi C though, only quick glimpses of what could possibly be her are left in the super trailer after this episode. I also believe we'll see a double elimination within the next 4 episodes, many places believe the series will last 12 episodes, meaning one will be devoted to the final 4.

Also, from the previews next week it looks like Megan is on the power outing, but obviously this last episode Brandi C said she'd be the caption next time so this leads me to believe the green team lost yet again. Megan is in the bottom three, from the sounds of the preview as is Chance. One would assume Brandi C would get thrown in there as well. Out of those three it would make the most sense that Chance would go home.

So my purposed bootlist that could change from week to week based on the new information I get...
12th place- Chance
11th place- Rodeo
10th place- Megan
9th place- 12 Pack
8th place- Whiteboy
7th place- Pumkin
6th place- Brandi C
5th place- Toastee
Final 4- Hoopz, Entertainer, Real, Heather
